Now in its fourth year, Commissary Connect is proud to offer our annual Holiday Gift Boxes which feature tasty offerings from members while also supporting the Greater Vancouver Food Bank.
Recently engaged, Mitch Kinna and Diane Yuan are the proud owners of Flourgirl Baking. Together they produce delicious vegan buns (sweet and savoury) as well as handcrafted vegan stuffed pastas.
Culinary trailblazer Susan Mendelson from The Lazy Gourmet has joined forces with Commissary Connect to create The Commissary Gourmet, a commissary kitchen and business accelerator for local entrepreneurs ready to scale their food and catering businesses.
Erin Ireland started her business in a 500 square foot apartment baking banana bread as a gift for friends and family. Today her products can be found in 100 different retail and business locations across Metro Vancouver.
