Laurel Street's entry level kitchen is a Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) approved facility. Conveniently located in South Vancouver near Richmond, this kitchen has everything you need to start and scale your operations, such as a walk-in cooler, ranges, ovens, and low burners.
8811 Laurel Street is home to the only shared-use Hazard and Critical Control Points (HACCP) facility in Western Canada. Our HACCP-ready production floor allows you to sell to major retailers that require food to be produced in such a facility. This means that when you’re ready, Commissary Connect is able to provide you with the resources needed to take your business to the next level. Our Laurel Street location is the regional pilot and demonstration site for the B.C. Food Hub Network. Laurel Street also has office space available for rental for our member’s businesses.
